Selling your HDB flat

Here is the order people sell a flat: check you may sell, check for Seller's Stamp Duty, see what goes back to your CPF, then choose your agent.

1. Check you have passed the MOP, so you may sell. When can I sell my HDB flat? (the Minimum Occupation Period)
