What Swee Homes is
Swee Homes is operated by NAVARO Pte Ltd, Singapore. It publishes prices, trends and tools for Singapore homes, built from public records, including HDB resale transactions published on data.gov.sg under the Singapore Open Data Licence.
Swee Homes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of HDB, URA, CEA or the Singapore Government.
Indications, not advice
Everything on Swee Homes is information, not a valuation, not financial, legal, tax or mortgage advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell. Figures are produced from public records, move as new records appear, and can be wrong or out of date: each page shows the month its data runs to. Check with HDB, your bank, a licensed valuer or a lawyer before you decide.
Free to use
Swee Homes is free.
Using the site
Use it for your own, lawful purposes. Do not scrape it at a rate that harms other users, try to break or probe it, or present our figures as an official valuation. Requests may be rate-limited.
Estate agents and other professionals
If you use a figure with a client, you are responsible for how you present it. Do not say Swee Homes endorses you or your agency.
Links to other sites
We link to HDB, CEA and others. Their sites are theirs, with their terms.
Our content
The pages, wording and compiled figures are ours; the underlying public records are their publishers'. You may quote a figure with a link back to the page it came from.
Liability
We take care and do not promise a figure is right or that the site is always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on it or for loss from using or being unable to use it. Nothing here limits what the law does not allow us to limit.
