Browsing Swee Homes
Reading the site sets no cookie and asks you for nothing. Our host records ordinary server logs (IP address, browser type, time) for security and rate-limiting, kept for a short rolling period. The fonts and pictures on a page are served from our own site, so no font service sees your visit.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare provides our hosting and our database. The database is stored in the Asia-Pacific region of Cloudflare. Pages are delivered through the Cloudflare network, so a request is handled close to where you connect from.
Each acts on our instructions under its own data-processing terms. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
What we keep and for how long
Server logs for a short rolling period. No advertising or tracking cookies.
If we are sold or transferred
If we sell or transfer Swee Homes, or the part of our business that runs it, the personal data we hold for Swee Homes may pass to the buyer, who may use it only as this notice describes.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent. Email hello@sweehomes.com from the address you signed in or subscribed with. We answer within 30 days. Withdrawing consent stops the thing you withdrew from. Complaints not resolved with us can be taken to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
