How this works
This works out the Buyer's Stamp Duty on a purchase from the price and the property type; it is a planning estimate, not an IRAS assessment.
Enter the price or the market value, whichever is higher, because IRAS charges on the higher one; Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty is not included here.
